How to pay your common fees

From November 1, 2026, the condominium corporation collects common fees itself. Owners pay by Interac e-Transfer from their own bank.

Send to
occecc663@gmail.com
Amount
$155.00 per unit, every month
Due
By the 5th of each month
Message (memo)
Unit ### – Mon YYYY For example: Unit 215 – Nov 2026 Months: Jan, Feb, Mar, Apr, May, Jun, Jul, Aug, Sep, Oct, Nov, Dec.

Step by step

  1. Sign in to your bank’s website or app and choose Interac e-Transfer, then Send money.
  2. Add a new recipient with the email address occecc663@gmail.com. The name can be anything, such as “90 Edenvale fees”.
  3. Enter the amount: $155.00.
  4. In the message or memo, type your unit number and the month you are paying, exactly in this format: Unit 215 – Nov 2026. A plain hyphen (-) is fine.
  5. Before you send, your bank shows the name registered for autodeposit at this address. Check that it is the condominium corporation, then send.
  6. Autodeposit is on, so there is no security question or answer. The money is deposited right away.
  7. Your bank asks for a security question and answer. Choose your own. Make the answer a single word with no spaces, and not your unit number or anything else in the memo.
  8. Send the answer to the board privately, using the request form on the home page, with the subject “e-Transfer answer – Unit ###”. Without it, the board can’t deposit your payment. Never put the answer in the e-Transfer message.
  9. Keep the board saved as a recipient with the same question and answer. Then you only send the answer once, the first time.

Send your answer privately

Good to know

  • Send one e-Transfer per unit per month. If you own more than one unit, send a separate e-Transfer for each, with its own unit number in the memo.
  • Preferably send it on the 1st of each month, and no later than the 5th.
  • If you can, pay from the same bank account each month. It helps the board match your payment to your unit.
  • The board will never ask you by email or text to send fees to a different address. If you receive such a request, don’t send money, and contact the board first.
